Manage your account and emails

Everything about your account lives in your account.

Change your details

• Name and email: Profile
• Password: Password. You can also sign out from all devices here.

Forgot your password? Use reset your password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link.

Choose what we email you about

Go to Notifications and switch each type of email on or off. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Download or delete your data

Go to Data and deletion to:

• Download your data: a file with your profile, kids and saved programs.
• Delete your account: this removes your account and everything in it. It can't be undone.
