Contact a provider
Providers are the best people to answer questions about their programs, like places left, what to bring or how a day runs.
Find the provider's details
- Open the program page.
- Select the provider's name to open their page on Kidea.
- Select the Book on button on any of their programs to open their website, where you'll find their contact details.
Questions about a booking you've made
Contact the provider directly. Bookings are currently done on the provider's website, so we can't see or change them.
When to contact Kidea instead
Contact the Kidea team if:
- a program page has the wrong details (or use Report an issue on the page),
- you can't find a way to reach a provider, or
- you have a question about your Kidea account.
