How booking works
Kidea helps you find programs; the provider runs them and takes the booking.
Booking a program
- Open the program page.
- Check the dates, times, ages and price.
- Select the Book on button, which shows the provider's name. This opens the provider's own booking page.
- Complete your booking there.
Payment, confirmations, cancellations and refunds are all handled by the provider, so contact them directly about an existing booking.
Check the details before you pay
We keep listings as current as we can, but providers can change dates, prices or places at short notice. The provider's booking page always has the final details.

If a booking link doesn't work or the details don't match, select Report an issue on the program page and we'll look into it.
