Safety and choosing a provider
Kidea is a directory. Providers run their own programs and are responsible for the kids in their care.
What to ask a provider
Before you book, it's worth checking with the provider:
- Do all staff hold a current Working With Children Check?
- What is the staff-to-kid ratio for your kid's age group?
- Are staff first aid trained?
- What is the drop-off and pick-up process?
- How do they handle allergies, medication and support needs?
Good providers are happy to answer these.
