List and edit your programs

Your programs are what parents find on Kidea. You manage them from Your programs in the provider dashboard.

Add a program

• Go to Your programs at kidea.com.au/provider/programs and choose Add program.
• Fill in the details: title, dates, ages, category, and a booking link. Add a description and anything parents should bring or know.
• Save. New programs arrive with a Pending status while our team reviews them. Once approved, they go live on your page and in search.

Edit a program

Open any program from Your programs to change its dates, description, ages, images, or booking link. Edits to a live program take effect once you save.

Bookings

Kidea does not take bookings or payments. Each program links out to your own booking page, so parents book with you directly. Keep your booking link pointing at the right page.

Status

A program can be Published (live to parents), Pending (waiting for review), Draft, or Unpublished. Only published programs show.
