Add and manage your photos

A photo helps parents recognise your program at a glance, and programs with a photo rank higher on Kidea.

How to add. Open a program from Your programs and upload a photo in the Media section. Each program has one photo; upload a new one to replace it, or remove it at any time.

What to upload. Your own photos of your programs, venue or activities. Real photos only. Please don't upload stock photos, photos of other providers, or images you don't have the right to use. Follow your usual consent practice for any photo that shows a child.

Photos from your website. If you've shared photos with us, or told us we can use the ones on your website, we may suggest images from your site for your other programs. Our team reviews each one before it goes live, and you can replace or remove it at any time.
