Claim your business on Kidea
If your programs already appear on Kidea, you can claim your business to manage your own page. Claiming is free and takes a few minutes.
- Find your business. Go to kidea.com.au/providers/claim and search for your business name. If it is not listed yet, register it at kidea.com.au/providers/signup.
- Verify your email. Claiming happens from a signed-in account, and the verification link can only go to the address you sign in with. So sign in, or sign up, with an inbox you can open; where you can, use an address at your business domain, since that link is what proves the claim is yours. Open the link to confirm.
- Add your ABN. Enter your ABN so we can confirm the business. If you do not have one, choose the no-ABN or exempt path and our team will review it.
- We review new claims. A person at Kidea checks each new claim by hand. Once it is approved, you get an email and a Provider area appears when you sign in.
Once you are approved, sign in and open your dashboard at kidea.com.au/provider. From there you can edit programs, add photos, and see how your listings are doing.
Claiming and listing on Kidea are free. Verification confirms the business; it does not decide whether your programs show.
