Submit a program for review
If a program isn't showing on Kidea, you can send it back to the Kidea team for review from your provider dashboard.
When you'll see it
A program can be unpublished because it was declined as a draft, taken down while details were checked, or paused. Open it in Your programs and you'll see a Submit for review button above the editor.
How it works
- Open Your programs and select the program.
- Update anything that needs changing: dates, prices, the booking link.
- Select Submit for review.
The program's status changes to Pending. The Kidea team checks it and publishes it once it's approved. Editing it while it's pending doesn't send it again.
